Here you find the responsibilities and rules that apply to you, if you join LoE.
1. The fee for joining the alliance is 50 million isk once.*
2. Once a week 1 million isk per corporation in alliance will be collected. This is determined by CCP in order to guarantee the capacity to act of the alliance.
3. Furthermore a monthly fee of 5 million isk will be charged in order to maintain the POS.
4. Each corporation within the alliance provides a diplomat which works for the alliance. These need to be able to express themselves eloquently in english since they will have to negotiate with other corporations/alliances and close contracts in case.
5. The alliance stands united and if a member is attacked or otherwise threatened the whole alliance will react accordingly.
6. Joint events will be planned, though there is no need to answer the call of duty. Nevertheless it will enhance alliance bonds.
7. Each corp within the alliance that pays the taxes will be enabled to use the POS for research. A representative will be appointed by the corporation which will be given the rights to use the POS. This person is required to have the skill 'Scientific Networking'. This is absolutely essential.
8. The executive corporation S.U. (Starlancer United) provides a Teamspeak server which is open for use. Feel free to join us for some chat during your missions, mining, roaming, pew pew, yarr or whatever. Selected persons within your corporation will be provided server admin rights though you are requested to follow some basic rules which are: Avoid kicking members without some serious reason. Do not delete channels without former consultation of the owner of the server. Each corporation has its own Channels.
9. Each member is requested to register with the forum to keep up-to-date.
10. Each corporation shall provide at least 5 people who know pvp to be able to react accordingly to a upcoming threat. Furthermore pvp (fleet movement, communication, ...) will be practised to get new players used to the basic ideas of pvp.
11. Withdrawal is possible at each time, though you should reflect on this step carefully. In order to rejoin you will have to pay the admission fee (50 million isk) once more and the application can be rejected by the alliance council for obvious reasons.
12. We are looking for active (non pirate) corporations. PvP will be bound to lowsec/0.0 colonization and war mainly. Nevertheless there should be some pilots in each corporation which are able to react swiftly to upcoming threats.
13. Of course in the long term our goal is to gain 0.0 access and establish ourselves within the existing alliances diplomaty. Financial achievements are to be made before to guarantee the ability to act.
The admission fee is free to be paid within 3 weeks after your corporation joins LoE, since we cannot expect you to pay 50 million isk in advance to a party you do not know or trust. We emphasise friendly contact.
The executive corporation is Starlancer United (.S.U.). Be sure that the alliance council will not start wars for any mundane reasons.

Hier finden Sie unsere Regeln und Pflichten, die Sie und Ihre Corp haben werden, wenn Sie bei unserer Allianz eintreten.
Allianzpflichten
1. Der Eintritt in LoE kostet einmalig 50 Millionen ISK.
2. Es wird eine Summe in Höhe von 1 Million ISK in der Woche von jeder Corp eingezogen. Das ist von CCP so eingestellt, damit die Allianz handlungsfähig ist und bleibt.
3. Damit unsere Allianz die POS finanzieren kann, müssen alle Corps im Monat 5 Millionen ISK zahlen.
4. Jede Corp stellt einen Diplomaten auf, der für die Allianz arbeitet. Diese Personen sollten gut Englisch sprechen und schreiben können, da sie mit anderen Allianzen verhandeln und Handelsaufträge bearbeiten müssen.
5. Die Allianz steht für eine große Familie! Jede Corp ist für die Anderen da, einer für alle - alle für einen! Wenn es Probleme geben sollte, dann stehen alle Corps geschlossen zusammen!
6. Die Allianz wird gemeinsame Events planen. Pflicht daran teilzunehmen besteht nicht, jedoch wäre es schön, damit die Mitglieder besser zusammenwachsen und gut zusammenarbeiten.
7. Jede Corp in der Allianz, die ihre Steuern zahlt, hat Zugriff auf die POS und kann somit dort forschen. Jede Corp sollte eine Person auswählen, die dann von der Allianz die Rechte dafür bekommt. Diese Person muss den Skill “Scientific Networking” gelernt haben!
8. Die Executor-Corp*1 .S.U. hat den Allianz-TeamSpeak gestellt. Auf diesem sollten sich die Mitglieder der Corps anschließen/zusammenschließen*2, wenn sie zusammen Missionen machen wollen. Ausgesuchte Personen der einzelnen Corps bekommen natürlich SA-Rechte im TeamSpeak, müssen sich aber an die generellen Regeln des TeamSpeak halten. Diese lauten: keine Leute ohne Grund zu kicken und bestehende Channels nicht ohne Rückfrage zu löschen. Jede Corp hat ihre eigenen Channels im TeamSpeak.
9. Die Mitglieder der einzelnen Corps melden sich bitte im Allianzforum an, um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.
10. Jede Corp sollte eine Truppe von mindestens fünf Mann haben, die sich etwas in PvP auskennt, damit bei eventuellen Problemen schnell geholfen werden kann. Die Allianz wird auch PvP-Übungen abhalten, wo neue Leute das PvP erlernen können.
11. Austritt: Es ist natürlich auch möglich, aus dieser Allianz auszutreten, dieses sollte aber nicht leichtfertig getan werden. Wer einmal ausgetreten ist und wieder aufgenommen werden möchte, muss natürlich auch die Aufnahmegebühr zahlen, davon abgesehen hängt eine erneute Aufnahme vom Allianzrat ab.

12. Die Mitglieder-Corps: Wir suchen Corps, die aktiv sind und keine Piraten sind, da die Taten der Corps auch auf die Allianz zurückfällt! PvP wird von der Allianz zu gegebener Zeit gestartet, dieses aber erst, wenn die Mitglieder der einzelnen Corps gut zusammenarbeiten.
13. LowSec & PvP: Natürlich ist es auch unser Ziel, ins 0.0 zu gehen, aber das ist erst möglich, wenn die Allianz auch die finanziellen Mittel besitzt.
*1. Die einmalig 50 Millionen ISK die sie bei Eintritt zahlen müssen, können auch einige Wochen nach eintritt gezahlt werden! Wir LoE legen großen wert auf ein freundschaftliches miteinander! Warum sollte ihre corp 50 Millionen ISK zahlen wenn sie unsere Allianz noch nicht richtig kennen, oder es ihnen evtl nicht gefallen sollte? daher ist es möglich auch erst nach 3 Wochen zu zahlen, dann wenn sie und ihre corp unsere Allianz kennengelernt haben!
Die Executor-Corp ist Starlancer United. Ihr könnt sicher sein, dass der Allianzrat keine Kriege starten wird!
